Just FYI, I'm in the progress of getting bids for a number of projects that you will get over
for approval soon;
I. Lunch room: construction of drywall partitions and insulation. Relocation of existing
AC unit
2. Rigid frame metal building to enclose out trash container area (per JE request)
3. Pallet racks for landscaping materials storage in tunnel
4. JetSki dry docks for existing dock
5. Roof over boat trailer storage area. Rigid frame metal construction. Potential location
for solar panels
