Carlos had worked with him on a ranch in Mom, NM and contacted him regarding the position.
At this time he lives in Las Vegas, NV working for a roofing company.
Jose has worked in construction, landscaping/irrigation and property management.
He has indicated that he can operate most of the small equipment on ranch, i.e. bobcat, backhoe
etc.
Karen is happy to assist with laundry or small tasks during visits, if required.
I meet with both Jose and Karen this morning, they are upbeat, respectful and well mannered.
Employment Package:
Salary: $30,000.00
Satutuory Holidays: 12 day
Vacation: 10 day after one year employment
Medical: Subsided
Vehicle: Ranch use only
Cell Phone: Provided
House: Adobe, semi furnished, utilities including dish network.
Would like to start the 2 week trial this Monday (5th), this would involve having the family stay
in the adobe over this period
