Quite the opposite...my role here is fine and very U. It's just not fun and feels unproductive. It's
hard for me to declare success when the outcome is a new process.
I'm in a director role and track all the performance against corporate priorities (operations,
financials, knowledge).
Gross that we have a senior management mtg tomorrow for 4 hours and there is a 487 page slide
deck.
Just not for me.
I don't think they will fire my boss before his term is up in 2017. He's done nothing egregious.
