Tim Collins resigned April 3, 2014, effective May 3, 2014
Brussels, 5 May 2014 - RHJ International ("RHJI" or the "Company") today announces that Konstantin
Graf von Schweinitz will replace D. Ronald Daniel as Chairman, effective from the Company's AGM on 18
June 2014. Graf von Schweinitz was appointed as a director of RHJI in June 2011, is an independent non-
executive director of Kleinwort Benson Bank Limited, as well as Chairman of its Audit Committee and
member of its Strategic Risk Committee.
RHJI also announces today that Timothy C. Collins tendered his resignation to the board on 3 April 2014,
effective from 3 May 2014. In addition, D. Ronald Daniel and Jun Makihara will step down from the board
at the June AGM.
As a consequence, the board will be reduced in size from eight to five board members, which will generate
further efficiency savings as RHJI captures synergies from the integration of BHF-Bank. This is
compliant with the Belgian Corporate Governance Charter and is in line with our revised articles of
association, which were approved at the Company's EGM in June 2013.
