yuri, I thought more about our call. To remind you , I relied on your word, Bill relied on your
word and larry bills chiefof staff, confirmed your commitement to move forward only two
weeks ago. However the very same clay that I recieved a draft of the ppm marked the 27 th
version. and after reading at least 10 previous versions, you asked your assitant to notify me that
after 7 months of me moving fowward that you at the last minute had changed your mind. This
is not fair , and though I am very tmderstading of your other commitments. I find myself in a
very difficult portion as a result of taking you at your word , accepting your handshake and
counting on you fufiffling your commitment. I have few alternatives but to continue to move in
this space, and would hope that at least for the next two year s I could use DST as a back office.(
until I could replace them ) accounting etc. 2. with your permission use the ppm excising your
name and that of dst affiliates out. of it. and would hope that you would be a special limted
partner. being charged no fees. whatsoever. I think this proposal is very fair. . and would
appreciate a personal response as soon as you are able. thanks in advance
