See attached Invoice. This was part of an exchange. Apparently the sales
tax on the $2,000,000 was not paid and Leon wants to pay it to Gagosian
and have Gagosian pay it to NYS. Please confirm if any additional
Paper work is necessary and notify both me and Leon's finance man ,
Richard Joslin, as to how it should be done.
