Subject: sigh.. mortgage limbo
well.. one mortgage company is held up waiting for govt to say, yes, I really did file my business
taxes, and 11) morgan, which is the preferred one came back yesterday and said they
have restructured to lower loan amount by $70K and will see if that flies.. I can probably cover
the extra $70K, but they said that they would hopefully have a decision by today but today
is gone.. closing was supposed to be Monday and my real estate agent and the sellers are
freaking.. hopefully this will resolve itself by Friday and we can set a date for closing within a
couple of weeks.. or I expect the sale will fall through. Remarkable.
