Hi Michael. I tend to agree, its probably too late. Warren doesn't seem to be in pain. Motor skills are
poor. Lucid, mumbles a bit. Sense of humor is intact. He's mad — pounds his leg and says Son of a bitch.
I ask Linda a question about business and he starts singing BTO, Taking care of Business, every day
Imitates Timmy yelling at me, put on some socks (Im sockless today). You get the idea.
Linda discussed with me the arrangements. Cremation, obit, then a memorial service in Temple
Emmanuel, with a young rabbi and others speaking, tributes to WE. We'll do him right. There will be at
least 100 coming, Linda thinks.

Thanks so much for the offer. A) I'm supposed to go to visit Warren in
Kansas (how weird) Fri - Sunday. B) I'm so emotional/sad that I'm afraid
its' too late; all I would do is cry. I had wanted to go (and should
have gone) in Jan. but when I told him I was coming down he said no, not
to, "I was freaking him out". I really should have gone down then but I
guess I didn t want to stress him further. Now I have nothing to visit ; I cry
every time I get off the phone. If it was close by yes; but the thought of the
plane ride there and then saying goodbye and taking that flight home ; I
dont want to be so sad/"teary" in public in the airport, on the plane. etc..
Iam hoping by the time we have the memorial I'll be cried out.
