I would rent something bigger in a meantime.
If a final space is large (>5000sq0 and well designed - I would be willing to wait.
A great thing with such project is that I would be able to have input on design and type of kitchen
and bathrooms.
Please let me know - as I am planning to buy something else within next 3-6months.
