The conversation was between the John and Kevin. The owner, Kjaer, had
been trying to get us (John and I) to go to GSJ for dinner. We could not
make it and when I asked John why Kjaer wanted to have dinner with us, he
mentioned that Kjaer wanted the VIGOV to purchase GSJ with the caveat of
allowing his son to use the house. I thought about your prior interest when
John mentioned that the GOV would not entertain purchasing it because it
does not have the money but would love to own it.
