I phoned Amex again and spoke to someone who has worked with us on open skies before. She
says there are the 2 classes as it was before 'biz bed' and 'premium economy'. So while it is not
called 'first' it is the seat that you had before on open skies that lies down completely.
The flight is at 9.30 out of JFK. Asked them again to send me itinerary. If I don't get it within half
hour will call again.
