Forgot to tell you — there is an additional benefit of someone else buying first - if will be easier for
me to get a mortgage from a bank when I re-purchase it.
Because — it will not be from a developer (who will have less units at his balance sheet) and
because in two months or so I should start receiving salary (I do not have it right now) — so
getting a loan is super hard right now.
Most likely I will not even need a loan — but most likely I will try it first.
I can't thank you enough for trying make it happened.
