Can you have Steve Hansen call me or Dean? I just looked at his huge mill building on the water
where he now has a bad restaurant. The space is amazing but wasted on this sports bar. Steve
could probably do something great with it if he is interested... There is potential for a high end
restaurant or even a hotel.
