Subject Front Door Electronic Locks Frozen
Mr. Epstein the front door electronic locks are not working properly due to the extreme cold
temperatures and high winds . The extreme difference of temperature on the outside of the door
to the warm inside warps the door and freezes the locks, also due to the outside air booster fan
having to be shut down because of brutal outside air temperatures the house is in a negative
pressure. To secure the house properly over night , I will need to install a dead bolt on the front
door that can be locked from the inside when the weather gets this extreme. I will go over to
Gracious Home to find a proper dead bolt that works for the door .
