Just wanted to let you know the final result:
The winner was a local studio operator together with a high net worth owner of real estate
(Raleigh Studios with Hackman Capital) for $90.5M. I think it is a very aggressive price.
Other bidders that were close in price were: Michael Eisner, CIM, and China Television.
It was a good exercise for us as Fox would like to find other opportunities to do together.
