Funny, I was thinking about this on my flight from Israel that just landed(nephews bar mitzvah)
Here is the situation 3 out of 7 contracts signed in Brooklyn and 2 more accepted offers
Pushing for TCO (temp certificate of occupancy) so we can close
To be safe I would say January for those sales and February to be totally out
In regards to the Penthouse at 26th street it is once again super active after having been not
shown for 6 weeks as we were installing the new elevator
I think at this point year end is very optimistic and would like to reset our goal for early next year
My confidence has not changed but this is taken a bit longer than I would of liked
I am in town all week and would love to to get together,
