Paint thickness on the upper surface of the wing minimum is five mill spec with a
maximum of eight mill spec if a clearcoat is applied our upper surface of wing
has three times the maximum allowable paint on the wings see the documentation
provided below.
Fuselage tail and flight controls appear to be within limits the upper surface of
the wing is drastically too thick
