I know the company is facing some instability @ the moment. I'm worried but hopeful people
won't quit before our transition.
My goal in our divorce was to ensure that we could not be further embaressed/humiliated after
we split. After all, with the I28m we have invested, paying another 2m and having you work
against our interest would be, at best, embarrassing and I cannot let happen.
You have asked for a total and clean release which means we have to be super careful that we
have covered all our bases. The language in the agreement, which I re-read last night, does not
work for me in several areas. No panic on your part but it needs some small nuanced changes.
I am just overwhelmed w meeting after meeting and working til midnight every day. So its got
to get done right. I will stay tonight and meet w Ellis and conclude my comments. Howie is
simply too good and I feel we were frankly mismatched. One quick question for you is liquor
licenses. I presume they are mostly in your name. Will we be able to keep these licenses in
every BRG outlet? I see u are walking from every document.
