I responded on the email address that was in richards name that I believe you sent. yes, he
would need to clear customs in st thomas if i send the hell which is ready, ten minutes and then
fly to island, or if he were to come by boat he could clear in st john where there arc very few
people. . in the alternative , we can meet wherever he chooses.
