Please note i want your manuals to be what they should be and i know what they need to include.
Some will end up containing multiple books. Besides the areas all should cover, there arc no pre
formed templates etc, to use to create the level of specificity for the extensive unique properties
you have.
I want the the best for you and I am/will be creating them page by page in the areas required to
insure they reflect and apply to each property. I would never give you inferior "manuals" as final
ones just to say I have done them.
Therefore there is and will be a lot to do for each one but once done you will have a foundation
for any estate manager or director to use and modify.
It will be the same with the budgets for each property to some degree, which if you allow and we
can use will take some of the stress out of all parties involved in managing now.
