Mark and I spoke with Terrance regarding New Mexico
He would like to go to New Mexico Monday 10/28 - Wed 10/30/2013
Both Monday and Wednesday will be travel days and he will have all day Tuesday to review
project
His plane ticket is approximately $680 and he would like to be paid $1,500 for his time over the
three days
Please advise if ok to proceed?
If so should he stay on property or at hotel?
