how long would it take to put together a motion for the tro. I understood that howie has
already prepared the summary judgement motion. I might want to file both monday afternoon. I
know your idiot lawyers will tell you its not time yet, but so what , the judge will see it, tell you
to come back next week , but have all the flavor of what has gone on.and have to deal with the
tro;
