Starfire was able to cruise in the USVI waters because region is duty free". Capt said St Thomas & St
John fall in this category whereas Puerto Rico would require payment of duty.
Non US Crewmembers are ok b/c they have B-1 and B-2 Visas good for 90 days- 6 months.
Checked my notes, we originally looked at Bermuda, Isle of Man-didn't consider USVI.
Separate subject-fyi-survey for the takeout financing has been done, should have the report early next
week but indication is that the boat has held value, close to last survey $25M.
