Larry,
Please advise Jeffrey that I feel very positive that I am going to be able to
get one further bump from the $200,000 offer currently on the table.
They want assurances that (1) we can close in Florida, that (2) we will point
them in the right direction for a replacement engine, and (3) we will get the
on-line maintenance report up to date.
I have assured them that none of these three points are issues and that if
they can give us "a little more money in the spirit of the deal" along with a
written offer confirming a quick performance, that we will find a way to
make this work.
I will keep you posted, as we do not want to lose this buyer!
