Ramon ISO per day
Chris, Bosco and David have all in the past put in 10+ hour days and billed there flat rates
Please advise if we continue with flat daily rates.

Good Morning,
David just came in and had a conversation with me about his fee. He said
"When Ron treated me the way he did last week, I told him I was no
longer going to work 9 hours for the price of 8. If I work 9, I'm going to
charge for it." His current invoice reflects this. David is a good carpenter
and it would be a shame to lose him. How would you like me to handle?
