Subject Rental of Backhoe with hammer - September 14, 2013
Greetings Mr. Epstein,
Chris requested that I rent a backhoe with the hammer attachment so he can begin the prep work
for the 50 palm plantings at the berm.
Grade-All has the equipment with the operator available starting Wednesday, 9/18 to Friday,
9/27. The equipment will remain on LSJE over the weekend, at no cost.
The estimated cost is 7 days X 8 hrs/day X $130/hr = $7,280
This week I will be contacting the company from whom we purchased the JD 310J backhoe to
obtain a quote for the purchase of a hammer attachment, as per your directive to purchase one for
LSJE.
