As promised, attached is an agenda our meeting on Wednesday,
September 11". Thank you again for taking the time to join us in
Seattle for this discussion.
In addition to the attached agenda, I have a few additional questions
and documents to share:
1. Confirmation that we will receive your draft proposal by
Wednesday, September 4" (via email);
2. Request for the white paper mentioned during our August Th
phone call (paper drafted in advance of your meetings with
Mr. Gates and Dr. Nikolic, as I recall);
3. Can you please let me know if you have any dietary
restrictions or requests? We will be working through lunch
during our meeting on the 11";
4. Please let me know Mark Shaw's title, location and the best
way to connect him (via Video Conference or Phone) to the
meeting on the 11th; and,
5. Do you need any additional information on our polio work
and strategy? Just in case I have attached, courtesy of
Melissa and the Polio Team, a paper on polio in the Horn of
