Greetings Sir,
Jimmy called regarding the change you are considering to the Pool Tiling Project. He wanted to
inform you, for your consideration, that in the event you decide to have him expand the area for
tiling, he has estimated that it will be an additional 3 days, worse case 4 days, of additional labor.
Jimmy will charge a flat rate of $2,194 per day for his labor for the additional days,
$6,582 (3 days @ $2,194). LSJE would still purchase the materials.
