larry Bill,
I have strongly urged Boris not to hire a law firm (yet ) to review the document you sent. I firmly
believe that the sensitivity of the issues, require both extra care and caution. that being said, I
reviewed it , and only with my limited legal skils it is clearly legally flawed, one sided,
unworkable, onerous and ambiguous. seperate from that I assume this was a cut and paste
from some past agreements. As neither Boris nor I surprisingly have not heard from Bill, I will
wait until thurs to go into details.
