Hi Vera,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner but I was out of the office last
week and did not have access to email.
Unfortunately, the Income Execution is not yet closed in our office. We are
waiting to hear back from Mr. Epstein's attorney, Barry Fertel. Since it is
Mr. Fertel who hired the Marshal to enforce the judgment, we can only take
direction from his office. We have made numerous attempts to contact him
but he has failed to respond. I would suggest informing Mr. Epstein to
contact Mr. Fertel and instruct him accordingly.
I will keep you posted and hope you do the same.

been closed with the Marshall's Office and since he has been compliant
with the agreement we are anxious to have confirmation from you about
