I wanted to address briefly with you her current low compensation. Suhmy was
originally hired as a second assistant and after a month the first
assistant quit, the family decided not to replace the first position as
Suhmy is handling both seamlessly, they have decided not to increase
her wages to compensate the change, which is why she is exploring a
new position.
