Mission accomplished!
We are getting in average 20 applications for engineering positions per week. Applicants say very
clearly in the interviews: I want to work for you! Salary almost doesn't matter.
Every 2nd day we are in print, TV, or radio. I do not share them anymore, but on Saturday we
were one page in the stiddeutsche etc.
