I am pretty sure they are trying to do something about the timing of when the agreement is
signed...either they will just walk away after the conference and not sign or they are trying to
be "clever" and have the release be news while I am speaking.
I think the SEC rules are 24 hours after signing it needs to be filed. It will take a bit to create a
news cycle.
At the same time, current drafts gave me a consideration period that even if we signed today
would let me sit on it until after the conference.
I'm a bit perplexed by what the timing is.
