AttachedProject Request and Approvalfor Curtain Constructionfor the Media Room. As
noted this includesfabric, blackout & rings. The existing rings will not hold the weight ofthe
new curtains, but the rods will befine.
I contacted 2 local vendors, neither couldprovide the selectedfabric, another vendor Jo
Annes called this morning, couldprovide thefabric but would be unable to start the work
before late June, which is not ideal
Please note the Native Son invoice didhave the estimator the curtains in Sarah's Office,
since you have yet to confirm ifyou wish to moveforward with this, since we are unable to
locate enough ofyour selectedfabric, I removed those details from the invoice.
