Hi Mr.Epstein as I reported the Trane XR 80 unit in the basement air conditioning part of the
unit was never hooked up by the contractor the owner and realtor had no idea .The owner called
the ac contractor and he confirmed he never finished the work. I was also shown the roof top
condenser units this time for the ac part of the system which hidden above the roof terrace steel
dunnage in the wood inclosure which is difficult to access. The AC contractor is meeting with the
owner today to discuss finishing the work.
