My experience with estate fights are they are much more complex and acrimonious than
divorce disputes. estate battles carry along with them a history of documents
whose intricacies and unforseen connections . comma or period will determine
outcomes that will vary by hundreds of millions of dollars. It is fine surgery, where
divorces are sledghammers and bludgeoning ( nice image, ).
I am in the midst of one that i mentioned, that due to well meaning planning but without
regard for the litigation posture, is a disaster. ( I did not have a hand in its creation
) I will be able to disclose various non privledged details when we meet.
I feel an obligation to harangue you, and then, as it is your money , children and life. I
will feel you made an informed decision and I did what I could.
