I thought about making senegal a banking center / internet server , base. I think you need to
consider the newest technology for five to ten years out. internet gambling, housing servers that
allow people to " do business " in senegal without having to actually be there. The mobile phone
should also be the bank account. I spoke to gates group regarding nuclear power.. and will
follow it up with a description to you that shortens the time frame considerably.
