just flew around norman for about a half hour.. much trickier than i thought „yesterday we
looked at a plan without topo or salt ponds etc. To summarize , I would prefer to have a licence
to buy and own land. but if not feasible, ( prince Andrew said he would call if were a problem ) I
would own the structure and no land. I need a dock, asap, and a flat area for the hell. / tricky, I
would own my own desal and generator . I would pick up a piece of the island manager cost.
