working on punchkist and having the place squared away by the 1st
next week, conduit five palms, containers, cleanup, going though main compound rooms,
bedrooms etc
library dehumidifier went in yesterday, maintaining 65% humidity
awaiting zorro approvals, concerned about having stucco done by july!!
may need to go out one more time before you get back, mainly for interviews for help and couple,
will advise monday.
