Please see the attached final 2012 Apollo Tax Estimate for Leon et al. We have included a comparison
from the last version, you can consider this estimate as final and it will generally match the 2012 K-
1's. Please note a TRA payment of $12,557,090 and a gross up distribution of $21,450,112 for a total
of $34,007,202 will be sent in the beginning of April.
