Wing span on caravan is 53 feet X 37 feet length, air centers hanger is supposedly 60x60, so if
office structure was removed and hanger doors where capable of opening 100% it would barely
fit,

for his operation, since his caravan doesn't fit in hanger,. He offered us to sub lease from him,
you are correct,,, he can't afford what he has, my gut tells me, he's only going to pay port
authority a 1/3 of hanger rent, and use 100% of hanger since its a mess of junk in the hanger,
When he pulls his caravan in the hanger, the wing span fills the entire hanger.
