BTW, Terry Taylor sold the house at in Manalapan he lived in for a while for S25,550,000. He paid
$21,225,000 in 2008. It was a new spec w en e ought it. Its on 22V of oceanfront and has about 17,000 sf
living area, 23,000 sf overall. It is just south of McKinney's(now Camey) vacant land. We went through it about
18 mos ago. Taylor is a car dealer. He still owns in PS which he paid about $25M for in 2003.
That is a strong sale. People read it as an indication that there's not much for sale in new or near new condition
in the high end. This is a good sign for the prospects of selling 1220.
