attached is quote for palms and sod
the palm quote should have been changed to reflect three 15' palms and seven 12' palms
(quote below has it reversed with seven 15' palms and three 12' palms - i will have them
change that)
the price remained at 250 for both the 12' and 15'
total cost 2,500
the sod quote reflected the change in quantity to 29,000 sq feet at 0.37 per sq ft - total cost
10,880 (with 150 inspection charge)
i know when we met you said price should be 0.20 however vendor would not budge on pricing
vendor states that their actual rate for 2012 is 47 cents per square foot - they are offering it to
LSJ at 37 cents per square foot
In nov 2011 we paid 0.35 per square foot and they would not even honor that price
please advise
