Jeff, just finished with Craig he knows what needs to be done, and yes he does it himself. There will be
resistance because there will be a lot of changes, but he will absorb it all. We have a lot of support services
and resources down here, so don't let anyone fill your head with thoughts that these changes can't be
implemented.
A good example is they need another storage facility, that's the last think you need. You need to start
throwing things off the Island not build more buildings to house things.
Two things need to happen, one is you need to let him finish construction and get them off the Island.
Second get him a letter and tell him he is hired.
