STT Hanger:
I have cleaned the new hanger, we ended up filling two 20 yard trash bins from Junk left by Air Center and
Nicoals.,,l Met with Walter Challenger who presented the keys to me. Walter was most helpful today,. I was
advised by Challenger to present our Hanger upgrades and cost to him, he said we would qualify for 50% rent
reduction for up to 6 months during our improvements.. once he approves them..
I have changed all the locks on the hanger today,. Met the Gary and his electrician regarding generator
requriements and halogen lights for hanger,.
Nicolas has acquired a small office to operate is Charter business with his Robinson R44 helicopster next to
Cleo's hanger, all is good there,.
