I spoke with Gary - no c of o yet so I sent Oman email asking about it.
I met with the Spiegels (Dan and Melissa) re being the managers for LSJ. These
seemed really nice and their strong suits are finances and organization. She can cook
for small groups only - not comfortable with large group meals. I liked them.
