I have them checking at the hotel to see if they have a suite available. If so, they might have that for all of their meetings. However, as of this moment, we are checking to see if that is even an option. If not, I don't know how this can be pulled off. This is very last minute and his expectations may not be possible. (but that would have to be arranged) need to know about meals (both for the attendees as well as their guests). When they can join and when they can not.
