Yuri Milner should see Li Bo Tan, the son-in law of the Speaker of the Chinese
Congress (No. 3 after President and Premier).
He is a friend of mine, very wealthy, very powerful.
I discussed this issue with him and he is in theory able to raise Chinese capital
for the social media fund.
It is a difficult case but this guy is the right person to try this.
Li Bo Tan is also the guy invited be Deripraska a while back when I sent you
their schedule.
