Rich Kahn and I have been having dialoge over the past couple days to come back to LSJ and 71st Street to
finish up the project and try to rectify any outstanding issues. It would be helpful if Rich or Larry would be able to
supply any specifics and details on a check list so I can be better prepared to bring what is needed resolve the
issues.
Please let me know a time frame and schedule so I will be able to coordinate my schedule.
Once job is completed to everybody's satisfaction would like to close any remaining
balance reflecting additions or exchanges to our original agreement.
