I hope all is going well - I'm writing to let you know we have a
limited number of pre-pub galleys of your book to use for media
purposes. I am checking in to see if you a publicist or anyone else
you will be working with promoting the book, so we can figure out the
best promotional plan in place as we move closer to the publication
